Hey Matt,

I just want to ask you, I've seen how in some old weapons forms you do a forwards wheel then into a backwards wheel and back to forwards. It looks really cool, and i can do the forwards wheel with ease. I am having heaps of trouble with the backwards wheel. I have your Rock Solid Chucks DVD but you dont go into too much detail doing the move.

Every time i try it, the chucks go all over the place! When i do the forwards wheel it goes together and its a smooth procedure throughout the move. Any tips?

I want to be able to do like what you can do, the forwards to backwards and back to forwards.

Thanks

Its easier to start with the forward wheel and then from there turn into the backwards wheel. You have the momentum and your arms are in the right spot. Its something you just have to do over and over again!

The trick I did in the video was just a fwd wheel to a backwards wheel and then I just lifted the backwards wheel as high as I could and then dropped it down to the forward wheel. Basically I just went in a circle. Once you get the backwards wheel this move is easy!
