Thanks

Yeah you do have to. For the longest time i have been having trouble trying to figure out how to do it. It might hurt at first but, after a while you get used to it. lol. Or you could just learn how to do a ariel.

thanks

NOT off your knuckles

Hey,

I seriously advise you NOT to do them off your knuckles, i tired it once and almost broke my wrist. What you have to do is basically place the chucks on the floor and pick them up as you take off.

The parts of your hand that should be on the floor while the chucks are on the floor are your palms and your finger nails (it might hurt at first, depending on how thick your chucks are in your hand grip)

I first started out doing cartwheels holding the chucks, then cartwheel half turns, then finally into roundoff with the chucks.

Let me know how you go, and if you still don't get it, i might be able to do a quick tutorial for you.

I put my hands down in the exact position I hold them. If you go on your knuckles you could really hurt yourself.
