Keep your chest and chin up, back straight, arms and elbows up. Jump straight up keep good posture and wrap real tight. Make sure you spot the front the whole time. It’s really like you doing a tornado kick just starting in the other direction and taking off of two feet.

I injured myself recently so I wont be in Australia for a while.

For the Backside 900 if you spot you should know when to kick. Also trial and error you will just know when you should kick.
