All your forms are amazing, but the one that i thought stood out the most was the one from 2006. Everything was so smooth in every transition. It was so awesome. Great job Matt!!
I think all of them is great in its own way. Each year has its on special trick mark:
2002 – 540, crescent, btwist splits
2003 – forward xout towards judges, cork
2006 – webster to kneel, the tumbling forward, and the tornado poke
2007 – sideswipe, illusion twist, (.57 sec that leg sweep
2008 – Gainer combo, toss up
As for chuck use, dont get me started, so much in each year it would be to long to put down and listing the seconds & times haha.
What popped in my head was do a generation form of including some of the tricks listed above.
Like:
- webster to kneel,
- toss up which leads to..
- Cork to 540 (or sideswipe), crescent, btwist splits
- tumbling forward one but end with the xout instead of a back tuck
- gainer combo into tornado poke at the end
Ya I know too many tricks but it would be the ultimate form of all the years

I have to say they are all out of this world! I most add that I think that you took some kind of ballet cause they way you spin separates your forms with others. Anyway Matt I got to give you credit for 2002 cause by that time it was harder to come up with new ideas. You did an awesome work ,you still doing it and when you recover yourself at 100% you should think about mixing all your forms together to create the ultimate form not just to be even better but to prove the world that it doesnt matter whatever stands in your way if you really want it you very inspiring after your injured. 06 is my favourite! but your forms are always creativ as hell!
Gotta be 07 in my opinion, best variation of moves, i’m especially liking that knee spin, and everything seemed to flow really well

Well, I’ve already seen all of these and more, and I’d have to say hands down that the US open 2008 has always been one of my favorites. It holds the same sick qualities as the rest, however what sets it apart from the rest is the release. Your fluidity while engaging in the dual wield is amazing and you truly one of the most (if not the most,) talented competitors in martial arts today. America needs a new action hero worthy of the title. You should get into the film industry.

I like “World Series of Martial Arts 2006 (Eliminations)” the best. I think the trick combinations flowed really well together, plus you looked really light-on-your-feet, and I liked how you finished the form.
I like the 2008 us open form. You were flashy and you preformed with high level difficulty and thats what alot of people want to see.

Thank you everyone! These are were my top 5 favorite weapon forms and it was so hard narrowing them down. After looking over everyone’s comments, it seems that US Open 2008 is the winner. Between my blog and Facebook, this was how they all ranked…
