Sunday, January 18th, 2009About two months ago… I was invited to my friend, Amanda's house. A close friend of her family, Dr. David Chen would be there and was interested in helping me with my injury. Dr. Chen specializes in Asian Medicine and definitely has a special gift. I had two days of intense massage therapy with Dr. Chen where he worked on my leg and the rest of my body. During these sessions Dr. Chen removed the bad chi from my body and worked with me spiritually.
My whole body was feeling out of whack from walking on the crutches and cane for so many months. Also my other leg was beginning to hurt since I was relying on it for the past few months as the only leg I was able to put weight on.
After my sessions with Dr. Chen I was able to take my first steps without any help from anyone or any crutches/cane. It was really amazing.
Since then I have been walking without any crutches or a cane. It took me only a few weeks to get rid of my limp. I am now able to bend my leg pretty good almost as good as new. I am not in as much pain or discomfort as I used to be in unless I'm really pushing it. Walking up and down stairs is still a challenge. Walking down steps is a lot harder then up but I'm still working on it. Physical therapy is pretty much coming to an end and I've started to train on my own.
I know there are some rumors out there that I'm back to kicking and training martial arts. I wish I could say it's true but its not. Any new footage that I posted was filmed before my injury. I have a lot of footage that was never released. Just because you never saw it doesn't mean it's new.
